These Knots in My Upper Back are Killing Me

If you are having pain in your upper back  and feel that your muscles are all tied up in knots, I have some good news and some not so good news.

Many people who have desk or computer jobs are plagued with this complaint.

Sitting is a main contributor for this problem.

First the bad news – Tight muscles or knots in them is the wrong diagnosis and therefore not your problem. So getting them massaged is not going to get you over this condition. You may feel like your muscles are all knotted up and tight but the truth is that the opposite is the case. These muscles are actually weak and all stretched out.

Sitting all day hunched over a computer is tiring and weakening your upper back muscles.

Think about it.

What are your upper back muscles designed to do? They are postural muscles used to hold your spine upright and  your head above your shoulders, not slumped forward as if you were walking through a very low doorway.

Now the good news. Now that you know that these muscles are actually not tight and are weak  you need to strengthen them to not only stop your pain but to improve your posture and make it easier for you to breath therefore reducing fatigue as well.

You do this by doing simple exercises that work these muscles.

Let me show you how quick and easy this can be.
